Curriculum and Learning

With support from industry professionals and educators, you’ll develop a shared understanding of STEM, the ºÚÁϳԹÏn Curriculum and effective approaches to STEM learning. You’ll design STEM experiences that connect to ºÚÁϳԹÏn industries and future career pathways.

Program overview

Throughout the program you’ll:

  • explore research-informed STEM practice
  • collaborate with colleagues and industry to design engaging STEM experiences
  • align STEM learning with the ºÚÁϳԹÏn Curriculum for Public Education
  • evaluate and refine your learning design and classroom application in a supportive environment.

By the end of the program, you’ll be able to:

  • apply curriculum knowledge of the learning areas related to STEM
  • design and evaluate engaging, real-world STEM experiences
  • identify how STEM knowledge is applied in ºÚÁϳԹϒs space and defence industries, and how to integrate this knowledge into learner experiences
  • leverage connections to ºÚÁϳԹÏn industry networks and teaching peers.

  • program fees and material costs
  • TRT funding for 3 release days (2 face-to-face program days and one day for site-based planning and online learning)
